Our Therapeutic Approach

Each child is unique, so we always tailor our provision to their individual needs. A blend of individual study and supported socialised working is aligned by using a range of therapeutic assessments and approaches. Our therapeutic approach to education is designed to improve the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of students. Our Curriculum

To ensure our students enjoy and benefit from their education, we’ve designed a curriculum that combines educational best practice with leading theories and research from child development, neuroscience, coaching, and other areas. The aim is that all students reach an outstanding level of education relative to their abilities and starting points. The small size of our schools, the personalised nature of our teaching, and the expertise of our team, means that we offer a unique education for children who struggle in mainstream schools.

Our Policies

The wellbeing and safety of our students is of prime importance to us. We follow all mandatory regulations and guidelines to provide the nurturing and supportive environment our students need.

You can access all our policies through our website. If you can’t find the policy you want below simply click on the button to be taken through to our full list of policies, as well as Ofsted reports and other important documents.

How We Work With Families

The best outcomes for children happen when we have a close relationship with their carers. This allows us to build a holistic approach to encouraging a child’s academic and emotional growth because we can support parents and carers to better understand their child’s needs. Our Family Practitioner works with families, arranging both one-to-one sessions and parent support group sessions. In both settings the Family Practitioner provides advice and knowledge covering many of the topics that can affect a child’s home life to help parents and carers develop strategies that will help their child grow and develop.
